Questions, bug reports, billing problems, takedown requests, or anything else - here is where to reach us.
support@rpgforge.ai reaches us directly. It is the right address for account and billing questions, privacy requests, reports about another user's published world, and anything you would rather not post in public.
RPG Forge is a very small team, so a reply may take a few days. Including your account email and, for anything that happened inside a game, the name of the world and roughly when it happened, saves a round trip.
Discord
The Discord server is the fastest route for questions about building a world, and the place where other authors can answer too. Bugs posted there get seen quickly.

Copyright and takedowns
Copyright notices, counter-notices, and reports that a published world infringes your rights go to support@rpgforge.ai. The Terms of Service set out what a notice needs to contain and what happens after we get one, and the Upload Policy covers what is allowed in the first place.
The same address handles anything that is about you rather than about a copyright: a voice cloned without your agreement, your likeness in someone's world, or private information you want removed. You do not need to own a copyright to ask, and you do not need to phrase it formally.

Requests to access, export, or delete your data go to support@rpgforge.ai as well. What we hold and how long we hold it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
